Orange Terpenes are produced by distilling Orange Cold Pressed Oil. This process is often called folding. Orange Terpenes are typically 95% d-limonene.
Citrus Terpenes come from the second pressing of the orange peel. d-Limonene and Citrus Terpenes are often used as synonyms in the marketplace.
d-Limonene is a natural compound found in over 300 different essential oils ranging from 0.1 - 95%. The most common commercial source is essential oil extracted from the peels of citrus fruit.
